We are happy to announce that we have a new settled pastor! On Sunday, August 2, 2009 by a unanimous vote of the church and parish, we called Rev. Deirdre Greenwood White to become our next pastor. We thank the Search Committee for all their hard work, and we look forward to Rev. White’s ministry, which begins on October 1st. (Church leaders also express their gratitude to Rev. Marlayna for seeing us through this interim time!)

Committees and Service Opportunities

The Standing Committee-Is elected by the church membership and is the "Board of Directors".

Coffee Committee-Has charge of organizing, making and serving coffee and goodies weekly after worship.

Finance Committee-Reviews financial matters and makes recommendations to the Standing Committee.

Flower Committee-Has charge of the weekly flowers on the altar and Christmas decorations.

House Committee--Has charge of building and maintenance issues at the Church.

Sunshine Committee-Sends cards and notes on behalf of the Church to the sick, or shut in, for weddings, babies, etc. Also calls those who may be lonely or sick.

Outreach Committee-Organizes group to serve and cook for The Open Door and Cape Ann Food Pantry and is concerned with other outreach.
