Committees and Service Opportunities

The Standing Committee-Is elected by the church membership and is the "Board of Directors".

Children's Program Committee-Organizes and carries out activities for children of the Church and community.

Coffee Committee-Has charge of organizing, making and serving coffee and goodies weekly after worship.

Finance Committee-Reviews financial matters and makes recommendations to the Standing Committee.

Flower Committee-Has charge of the weekly flowers on the altar and Christmas decorations.

House Committee--Has charge of building and maintenance issues at the Church.

Interim Committee-Members assist the Interim Minister during the Interim time.

Sunshine Committee-Sends cards and notes on behalf of the Church to the sick, or shut in, for weddings, babies, etc. Also calls those who may be lonely or sick.

Outreach Committee-Organizes group to serve and cook for The Open Door and Cape Ann Food Pantry and are concerned with other outreach.

Worship Committee-Assist the minister with planning special worship services.
